I'm Dominik Murasicki, Head of Sales & RevOps at MAN Digital — HubSpot's Elite Partner in Poland. In my first year, I grew company revenue from €5M to almost €8M by leading a GTM team and rebuilding the sales infrastructure from the ground up.
Before MAN Digital, I built a 0-to-11 person sales org at Admitad (Mitgo Group), scaled it to $200K in monthly net profit, and closed enterprise partnerships with Zalando, Uber Eats, HBO, and LPP Group. Before that, I ran sales at User.com, a European MarTech/CDP platform — which is where I built deep expertise in marketing automation and the GTM tech stack.
I hold a Master's in Psychology (Sales & Marketing, WSB University) and completed Harvard Business School's Leadership Principles program. Psychology informs how I coach reps, run discovery, and negotiate enterprise deals.
