The problem
MAN Digital ran almost entirely on inbound and referrals. No structured outbound motion, no ICP definition, no pipeline predictability. Growth was opportunistic — not engineered.
What I built
Designed a full outbound architecture: ICP definition → TAL building in Clay → signal-based enrichment (hiring signals, tech stack, intent) → AI-personalized sequences → HubSpot pipeline governance → closed-loop reporting. Built a multi-agent system using Claude + n8n that automated prospect research and generated personalised first lines at scale — cutting manual research time by ~80%.
The result
A repeatable, AI-augmented outbound motion the GTM team runs independently. Pipeline visibility went from anecdotal to data-driven. Combined with inbound optimisation and sales process rebuilding (MEDDPICC), this contributed to growing MAN Digital revenue from €5M to €8M in year one.

I'm Dominik Murasicki, Head of Sales & RevOps at MAN Digital — HubSpot's Elite Partner in Poland. In my first year, I grew company revenue from €5M to almost €8M by leading a GTM team and rebuilding the sales infrastructure from the ground up.

Before MAN Digital, I built a 0-to-11 person sales org at Admitad (Mitgo Group), scaled it to $200K in monthly net profit, and closed enterprise partnerships with Zalando, Uber Eats, HBO, and LPP Group. Before that, I ran sales at User.com, a European MarTech/CDP platform — which is where I built deep expertise in marketing automation and the GTM tech stack.

I hold a Master's in Psychology (Sales & Marketing, WSB University) and completed Harvard Business School's Leadership Principles program. Psychology informs how I coach reps, run discovery, and negotiate enterprise deals.
